Member of the FHT | Associate Member of the CSP

Meryn Churchouse is a dedicated Sports Massage Therapist with over 8 years of clinical experience, combining hands-on treatment, movement-based rehabilitation, and a personal passion for sport. She holds a BSc in Sport Science and is fully qualified in Sports Therapy and Sports Massage. She is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and an associate member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

Meryn specialises in sports massage and acupuncture for sports injuries. Alongside this, she harnesses her knowledge of clinical Pilates, rehabilitation, and pitch-side first aid to get the best results for her clients. Her approach is both evidence-informed and individually tailored—whether you’re recovering from injury, managing chronic discomfort, or aiming to improve your functional movement.

Her love of sport runs deep, with a personal background in rugby, netball, and cricket. Following an ACL reconstruction, she stepped back from competitive netball but has recently returned to the cricket pitch, playing for her local team. This lived experience gives her a real empathy for clients navigating injury, recovery, and return to sport.

What Meryn enjoys most about her work is the chance to build meaningful connections. “I find my job incredibly rewarding,” she says. “I love hearing people’s stories, learning about their lives, and being able to make a genuine difference by helping ease pain and improve movement.”

Whether you’re an athlete, weekend warrior, or simply want to move and feel better, Meryn offers thoughtful, patient-centred care to support your goals.
