Cathy is a passionate and driven Sports Massage Therapist with a strong belief that soft tissue therapy is for everyone—from young athletes to those navigating recovery later in life. Cathy has worked with a wide range of clients, including children as young as ten, amateur athletes, and older adults recovering from falls or surgery.
She approaches each patient with care, curiosity, and a commitment to individualised treatment. Cathy believes that sports massage is a vital part of self-care, supporting the body’s resilience, recovery, and long-term health. Whether helping ease persistent niggles or assisting with rehab after injury, she works to restore function, reduce pain, and support each person’s lifestyle and goals.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Cathy holds a black belt in Japanese Jiu Jitsu and plays both netball and touch rugby. She’s recently begun training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and is embracing the challenge as a white belt. Her own experience with pregnancy and postpartum recovery has deepened her understanding of the body’s healing capacity—something she actively supports through massage and a holistic approach to wellness.
Friendly, enthusiastic, and endlessly curious about people, Cathy is dedicated to helping every client feel listened to, looked after, and empowered in their recovery.
