  3. Rehab & Prevention: We give you the tools and exercises to stay active and prevent the issue from returning.

I am 60 and a close friend highly recommended … More Peter as I had been in constant & severe pain from my neck, shoulder and arm for 7 weeks – apart from when lying flat on my back. My GP had been unable help. On my 1st visit Peter diagnosed the issue and knew how to proceed to provide a permanent resolution. Incredibly, Peter was able to dramatically reduce the pain after one visit. On the following day, my 2nd visit consolidated the improvement. What a massive relief. I had my life back & could function. Things continued to get even better over the next week. I was given a clear plan going forward.
