Heidi is an experienced Chiropractor with a passion for helping people move better and feel their best.

With over seven years in clinical practice, she brings a whole-person, evidence-informed approach to care—focusing not just on symptoms, but on the root causes of pain and dysfunction.

Heidi is a Licentiate of the Royal College of Chiropractors and a member of the British Chiropractic Association. She is also working towards her Membership with the RCC Pain Faculty, deepening her focus on chronic pain and long-term recovery.

Faculty, deepening her focus on chronic pain and long-term recovery.

Her treatments are multimodal and tailored to the individual. Techniques include diversified chiropractic adjustments, activator method, sports massage, dry needling, kinesiology taping, and rehab-based strategies.

She also has a special interest in supporting women during pregnancy, offering safe and effective care through all stages.

Heidi’s interest in chiropractic began at age 14 after sustaining a shoulder injury during competitive swimming. That experience sparked a lifelong appreciation for movement, recovery, and performance—values that are now central to her work.

When she’s not in the clinic, Heidi is likely to be found outdoors walking the South West Coast Path, training at the gym, playing hockey, or gig rowing at a beautiful beach in the South West.

Her own active lifestyle fuels her understanding of the importance of getting back to doing what you love—and that’s exactly what she helps her patients achieve.
